3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Attend scheduled sessions
Complete assigned action items
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required prior to services unless a payment plan is approved.
Fees are non-refundable once services begin.
Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required to reschedule sessions.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session.
6. Intellectual Property
