Scholarships or financial aid awards

All outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Meet deadlines
Attend scheduled sessions
Complete assigned action items
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required prior to services unless a payment plan is approved.
Fees are non-refundable once services begin.
Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-hour notice is required to reschedule sessions.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the session.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided remain the property of Coleman Academic and Career Services, LLC and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coleman Academic and Career Services, LLC is not liable for decisions or outcomes related to college admissions, scholarships, financial aid, or employment.
